This model supports up to 128 PowerG+ security sensors, up to 100 PowerG automation devices, and up to 167 total devices. It also supports up to four partitions and 242 user codes, making it a strong option for larger homes, multi-area properties, and smaller commercial applications.
The SmartMount wall mount system helps simplify installation, while the built-in 24-hour backup battery keeps the system operating during power loss. The result is a panel built for both performance and long-term reliability.
Flexible Expansion Options
The IQ Panel 5 is designed to offer flexibility for both new installations and upgrade projects. With two daughter card slots, the panel can support added functionality when needed.
One slot is dedicated to a legacy RF daughter card, allowing compatibility with select legacy wireless sensor frequencies. The second slot is used for either an Ethernet daughter card or a Zigbee daughter card, depending on the needs of the installation.
