How to Arm (Away) & Disarm
  1. Close all protected doors/windows (look for “Ready” on the keypad).
  2. Press Away on keypad or app; exit during the countdown.
  3. To disarm, enter your User Code or use the app’s Disarm button.
How to Arm (Stay) for Night Mode
  1. Press Stay on keypad or app to arm perimeter only.
  2. Interior motions are bypassed so you can move inside.
  3. Disarm in the morning with your User Code or app.
How to Add / Change User Codes
  1. Open the mobile app → Users → Add.
  2. Assign a unique code and permissions (e.g., cleaning crew, kids, managers).
  3. Tap Save. Test the new code at the keypad.
How to Silence / Acknowledge a Low-Battery Sensor
  1. Note the sensor name on the keypad/app.
  2. Replace the battery (usually CR123A/CR2032/AA). Observe polarity.
  3. Re-seat the cover; the trouble should clear within a few minutes.
How to Test Your Alarm (Recommended Monthly)
  1. Call our monitoring line from your account phone to place the system on test.
  2. Arm in Stay. Open a door or walk past a motion to trigger.
  3. Disarm with your code. Confirm the signal with monitoring, then remove from test.
How to Enable App Notifications
  1. Open the app → Notifications.
  2. Enable alerts for alarms, arming/disarming, troubles, and specific sensors.
  3. Customize schedules to reduce noise (e.g., business hours only).
